It must be Christmas

We celebrated Christmas in style in the last two weeks of term. There were beautiful nativities from the Nursery and reception children, where the youngest children in the school looked so sweet and charming in their costumes and sang beautifully to a delighted audience.

Pupils faced some intriguing & festive questions at the Pupils' Quiz which raised funds for the Head Boy & Head Girl’s nominated charity of the year such as: "In which country is it a strange tradition for people to enjoy KFC on Christmas Day? "

Last Wednesday, children and staff donned Christmas Jumpers this week in return for a donation to Me Too and Co, the PA’s nominated charity this year. are a local parent-led charity helping children and young people with additional needs and their families.

The Year 3 Production was a roaring success! Snow White saved the Seven Dwarfs or rather our seven ex-horse jockeys, from financial ruin in Roald Dahl’s modern adaptation of the Brother Grimm's tale. Parents were delighted by comedic performances and joyful singing voices! Year 4 gave an equally comic performance in their productions of Pirates of the Curry Bean.

Phew, we are all very much looking forward to the Christmas holidays!
